All performances have dark themes that may be confronting or triggering. SÉANCE contains themes of loss, death and spirits.
Can I use my own headphones during the show?
We can’t accommodate patrons using their own headphones.
In which language is the experience presented?
DARKFIELD experiences have representations in French and in English. Patrons can choose which language they wish to reserve directly on our ticketing page. Please ensure that you choose your desired language before finalizing your ticket purchase.
What is DARKFIELD?
DARKFIELD is a collection of multi-sensory audio experiences that challenge the senses, exploring the depths of human psychology and perception. Each DARKFIELD experience takes place inside a custom-built shipping container and uses binaural audio, sensory deprivation and sensory effects to place the audience at the centre of a narrative completely at odds with the space it occupies.
How long is each DARKFIELD experience?
Each experience runs approximately 16 to 22 minutes. You will have approximately 10 minutes of transition time between each experience. Total time for all experiences is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
Is there an age limit?
DARKFIELD is not suitable for those who are under the age of 13.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Photos and videos are encouraged while entering the experiences. Devices will need to be switched off before the show begins.
Is DARKFIELD scary?
We like to say it is “intense” and “unsettling” – some patrons find it scary depending on their fears and anxieties, but others just enjoy the nature of the experience.
Can I leave once an experience has begun?
We kindly ask that patrons do not leave during the performance, as it is unsafe to move in the dark and can disrupt the performance for others. In the case of an emergency, we will safely guide patrons to the exit.

ACCESSIBILITY
How do I reserve tickets for a companion?
Companions have a free access to the experience. To book a ticket for your companion, you can directly contact Fever Customer service at hello@feverup.com.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Each show takes place in a shipping container. In most containers, the access space is a house seat near the entrance. The seat needs to be taken out to allow space for the wheelchair/power chair. Wheelchair/powerchair users are welcome to either stay in their chair during the show (in which case the house seat will be taken out and we will be able to accommodate one wheelchair/powerchair user)
Can pregnant people attend DARKFIELD?
You will experience a jolting chair movement in SÉANCE. This experience may not be suitable for expectant mothers.
Is the experience safe for people with heart conditions or claustrophobia?
Performances take place inside an air conditioned, closed 40ft shipping container – these experiences may not be suitable for you depending on your level of claustrophobia. While we do not lock the doors, once the show begins, we require guests to remain in their seats. This experience may also not be suitable for Guests with a history of heart conditions. Due to the nature of the experience, guests enter at their own risk.
Can service dogs attend DARKFIELD?
Service dogs have been allowed in our containers before based on the discretion of their owners. The animal will need to be comfortable sitting in the dark for 20-30 minutes with occurrences of loud subwoofers and vibrations happening at random; for this reason, we do not recommend bringing a service dog into SÉANCE due to the sudden floor and chair movements experienced during the production. We recommend your dog to wear ear protection if you have it for them.
Is the experience suitable for people that wear hearing aids?
The experience uses over the ear headphones, and loud audio at times, which may be uncomfortable for patrons with hearing aids.
Is the experience suitable for people that are hard of hearing or deaf?
The large majority of this experience relies on audio, and it specifically relies on binaural sound, which means that different audio feeds from the left to right ear. Guests with limited hearing, or no hearing, will not be able to fully experience DARKFIELD.
Is the experience safe for photosensitive conditions/epilespy?
There is no strobe effect deployed.
I have back and neck pain. Is the experience accessible for me?
During SÉANCE, there are sudden, unexpected seat movements which may cause pain or discomfort for some back conditions.
I am sensitive to loud noises. Is the experience accessible for me?
The levels are regularly checked but the experience can be quite loud in parts and may not be suitable if you are sensitive to loud noise. We are unable to adjust individual headsets.
The headphones are over the ear, so you can choose to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to loud noise.
